The British boxer will face the American YouTuber in an eight-bout contest which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the combatants confronted each other to build hype for next month's bout.
Former two-time world title holder Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive disparity - at Miami's arena on 19 December.
Boxer's Mindset
"I will injure his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will seriously aim to hurt him. That's my goal."
Civil Interaction
Despite such comments, a composed Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually recognized for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and called him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British rival Fury - and refused a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua said.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
Despite saying he intends to punish Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in last year.

However, the novice remains one of boxing's biggest money-making draws, regularly earning massive paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.

As Joshua and Paul met for the customary stare-down, with their height and weight contrast evident, it drove home just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how remarkable it is that the bout is actually happening.
